Jordan Kahn's three-story conceptual restaurant inside a sci-fi-sculpted Eric Owen Moss building is less a meal than a four-hour cosmology — the kind of experience where dishes arrive without explanation, soundtracks are commissioned, and "fine dining" doesn't quite capture it. Beautiful, polarizing, occasionally transcendent. For diners who want a tasting menu to question the form, not perfect it.
