The menu will feature HWD beef, Harwood’s exclusive prime-graded Akaushi wagyu cattle, as well as an extensive selection of Kobe beef. Docent celebrates the mastery of steaks, with our very own HWD Beef, Harwood’s prime-graded Akaushi wagyu, as well as an extensive selection of Kobe beef and Japanese-inspired accouterments to pair with our expansive list of wine, sake and Japanese whiskey.
