A new concept from The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, Maru celebrates Nikkei cuisine in Tampa’s Bayshore neighborhood. On the Bayshore Gardens rooftop, Maru will offer a unique dining experience that blends the rich flavors of Japan with the bold ingredients of Peru through seasonal small plates, ceviches, hand rolls, and more. Guests can sip on handcrafted cocktails inspired by the merging of the Japanese Peruvian cuisine, or choose from an expansive list of sparkling wines and champagne, while enjoying sweeping views of both the city and the bay.
