Prélude is a cocktail and canapé lounge by Chef Matt Peters, located in a historic house just West of downtown Austin. Our cocktail program showcases top tier spirits in a refined and playful way. Terance Robson heads our bartender team and will bring years of experience as he evolves the cocktail menu with the seasons. Thoughtful spirit free drinks, wine, and beer will also be a part of our evolving menu. Our canapé menu consists of elevated small bites curated by Chef Matt Peters and his chef team. Come for a light bite or enjoy tasting our entire menu and stay a while. Prélude is just the beginning of the journey for what is to come for 707 West 10th Street. The house is over a century old and will evolve over the next two years to add Maven, a fine dining restaurant to the second floor of the house. We welcome you all to explore the home and come along for the journey as we transform the space into something never before seen in Austin.
