Crown Shy
New American with Global Influence
Located on the ground floor of the Art Deco landmark building at 70 Pine Street in Manhattan’s Financial District, Crown Shy is a neighborhood restaurant elevated by fine dining cooking technique and purposeful friendly service. The restaurant was awarded a Michelin star just six months after opening in 2019 and has maintained it every year since. The food at Crown Shy is rooted in European technique but draws inspiration from around the world, primarily the flavors from our childhoods, traveling, and the diverse cuisine in New York City.
