I’m Phillip Rolfe, the bar director at Farmacia, an intimate 9 seat cocktail bar in Boston’s historic North Square. I select only the finest base spirits and ingredients and manipulate them into flavorful and thought provoking cocktails. What you will experience is the culmination of years of hospitality experience and culture-centric travel. We make every syrup, infusion and tincture we use. We cold-press every juice. We handcraft and garnish every cocktail and snack.
