Back in the day, Golden Sound was a recording studio on the gritty outskirts of downtown Nashville. A place where musicians would gather to lay down fresh beats and forget about the troubles of the world outside. A comfortable, familiar place where iconic tracks – and lifelong friendships – were born over a glass of something strong and satisfying.We love to imagine what happened here – the passionate conversations between takes, the bursts of creativity, the spontaneous dance-offs – silent memories buried deep in the recordings that came out of here, seared into each vinyl groove of every record sold.
