The menu, envisioned by AZUR Chefs Shyam Longani and Daniel Kenney, features tantalizing starters such as Lavantine Salad with crispy chickpea, red pepper, fig, cucumber, red onion, tomato, pomegranate, and roasted garlic vinaigrette, alongside traditional dips like Hummus, Babaganoush, and Muhammara.
