ALLĒ Lounge on 66 sits on the sixty-sixth floor of Resorts World — Zouk Group operates the room with no resident head mixologist, but live R&B and jazz programming runs nightly from 9pm and the rotating guest-mixologist series has hosted Giorgio Bargiani from The Connaught London. The cocktail program runs serious through the rotation; the small-plates menu (lobster rolls, wagyu sliders) is competent if not signature. The view is the editorial: one of the highest cocktail rooms on the Strip with full skyline visibility. For the view-room category Vegas does best.
