Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

Lux Palate is a curated editorial dining guide — a hand-vetted collection of restaurants, bars, and tables we think are worth your night. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

What Lux Palate is

Lux Palate is an editorial guide and recommendation service. Everything here is our own curation and opinion. We are not a booking platform, a reservation agent, or affiliated with the restaurants we cover.

The AI Maître d’

The AI Maître d’ offers recommendations from our collection based on what you describe. It is informational only. It does not book tables, and it cannot guarantee that a place is open, available, accurately described, or right for your occasion.

Always confirm details — hours, availability, pricing, and the like — directly with the restaurant before you go.

Acceptable use

Use the site for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don’t scrape, copy, resell, or republish the collection or its content; don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; and don’t use it to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

Your account

Some features let you save places and revisit past searches. You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in is by emailed link. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Our content

The curation, writing, selections, descriptors, and the overall look and feel of Lux Palate belong to Lux Palate and are protected by intellectual-property law. Restaurant names, marks, and photographs remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing here grants you a license to reuse our content.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is.” We put real care into the collection, but we don’t warrant that it is complete, current, error-free, or uninterrupted, and we make no guarantees about any restaurant, reservation, or experience you find through it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lux Palate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from any meal, booking, or visit you make based on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
