Beverage Director Luis Lopez opened Golden Gai inside Wakuda at The Venetian in November 2024 — Lopez trained under Sam Ross at Attaboy NYC, the same Attaboy lineage that runs Rosina at the Palazzo and Electra a few doors down. The eight-table room is modeled on Shinjuku's Golden Gai alley with Shohei Otomo artwork; the Japanese-bites menu (handrolls, katsu, wagyu sliders, caviar) sits alongside one of Vegas's largest sake and champagne lists.
