Sean Brock founded Husk in Charleston in 2010 to argue that Southern cuisine deserved fine-dining treatment using ingredients exclusively from below the Mason-Dixon line. He has since moved on, but the ethos remains. The dining room sits in an 1893 mansion. The biscuits are still the best argument for the cuisine.
