Husk Nashville

The Nashville sibling of Sean Brock's Charleston landmark — a converted Rutledge Hill house running the same Southern-only sourcing rule that defined the original Husk. Heritage corn, Carolina rice, local farms, the cooking philosophy that essentially launched the New Southern movement. Brock has moved on (his own work is now down the street at Audrey), but the kitchen still operates with the conviction he established.
