Joël Robuchon Las Vegas
French · Hushed · MGM Grand
Christophe De Lellis carries the grande maison tradition Joël Robuchon built at MGM Grand — twenty consecutive Forbes Five-Star years and AAA Five Diamond since 2006, the longest such run of any Vegas restaurant. The purple velvet salon stays small enough that the sixteen-course Menu Dégustation feels like a conversation rather than a procession. Robuchon died in 2018, but De Lellis was at his side for the Vegas opening in 2005 and inherited the kitchen on his terms. Distinct from L'Atelier on the same property — the salon is the grande maison; L'Atelier is the counter. For the most decorated French dining room in Las Vegas.
