Omakase · Pilgrimage · Chinatown
Chef Youngsup "Eric" Kim has run Kame Omakase at Spring Mountain since the room's ~2015 opening — widely cited as "the best and priciest omakase off the Strip," with a $500 Signature Omakase tier alongside the standard $350 seasonal tasting. The format is the canonical pilgrimage Edomae: small counter, two nightly seatings, Kim sourcing direct from Toyosu market for the highest tier. The room sits in the Chinatown corridor's serious-sushi cluster (alongside Yui Edomae, Sumo Omakase) but at the top of the pricing band. For Vegas's most-decorated off-Strip omakase — the pilgrimage counter when budget isn't the constraint.
