The fourth outpost of FB Society's polished Mexican brand (the Dallas group behind Sixty Vines and Whiskey Cake), landed in Regent Square with Buffalo Bayou views and a Mexico-City-inspired two-story room. The draw is the Agave Library — 150-plus tequilas, mezcals, and sotols by the flight — alongside scratch cooking and hand-pressed heirloom-masa tortillas, with lobster fundido and Angus skirt steak headlining. It's a confident, design-forward chain concept rather than a chef-driven original, but it executes the upscale-Mexican format well. Come for the agave program and a margarita with a view.
