The room is Joyce Wang's industrial-Chinese-meets-NYC-loft design language, the brand identity across all eight global Mott 32 locations. The kitchen runs Cantonese, Sichuan, and Beijing across the Peking duck program, the pluma iberico char siu, and the Mott 32 signature wagyu and Japanese egg fried rice.
