Nubeluz — "cloud-light" — is José Andrés's 50th-floor cocktail bar atop The Ritz-Carlton NoMad, perched roughly 500 feet above Manhattan with 270-degree skyline views from jewel-toned interiors and two outdoor terraces. The program is led by José Andrés Group beverage director Daniel Grajewski with head bartender Michael Fratt (Zaytinya, Oyamel, barmini alum), serving modern interpretations of classics paired with substantial bar bites — oysters, caviar, bagel-and-lox, grilled cheese. The Andrés global portfolio carries its own credentials (e by José Andrés, minibar, Jaleo), but Nubeluz's editorial weight is the room and the 50th-floor placement, not the brand halo.
