Chef Santiago Gómez (of Miami's Cantina La Veinte and Tacology) opened his first Atlanta restaurant at the King Plow arts complex in 2022 — modern Mexican over a wood-fired grill, built on Georgia ingredients, in a room Atlanta Magazine called the "sexiest scene in town."
