Quarters is the Tribeca concept-shop from the lighting studio In Common With — eight thousand square feet of historic loft staged like an impossibly chic apartment, where the chandeliers, the vintage furniture, even the books are for sale. Tucked in the back, the Bar at Quarters pours niche, natural-leaning wine alongside seasonal small plates, all bathed in a study of ochre light. Open just a few evenings a week, it's less a bar than a chance to drink inside someone's beautifully imagined living room.
