Sumo Omakase
Omakase · Traditional · Decatur
Chef Tomo opened Sumo Omakase off-Strip on Decatur in February 2026 with twenty-five years of Edomae behind him and a $79 starting menu that's reset what serious omakase costs in Vegas — Resy named it to the spring 2026 Las Vegas Hit List within weeks. The format is strictly traditional: two daily seatings at $79, a third late seating Friday and Saturday at $99, nigiri-only with a clean wasabi-and-ginger frame. Where ITO runs $400 omakase at sixty-seventh-floor resort spectacle, Sumo runs the same Edomae discipline at a Decatur counter the local sushi industry has already adopted. For accessible high-quality Edomae outside the resort corridor.
