Mitch Emge has run Superfrico since the September 2022 Spiegelworld opening with Anthony Falco as Executive Culinary Director / "Pizza Czar" (ex-Roberta's NYC, global pizza consultant). The kitchen runs Italian-American with Sicilian / North African inflections behind a wood oven Falco set up himself; the room is Spiegelworld's maximalist immersive design — chandeliered velvet, painted ceilings, theatrical service rhythm. The food and the show are inseparable; that's the editorial point. For Cosmopolitan's most-committed immersive-dining format where the kitchen carries equal weight to the spectacle.
