Restoration Hardware opened its first-ever Champagne & Caviar Bar in the Meatpacking RH Guesthouse cellar on November 10, 2023 — a 32-seat jewel-box room with iridescent champagne-lacquered walls, hand-blown amber glass ceilings, Calacatta gold marble tables, and camel mohair velvet banquettes that read as peak RH design vocabulary distilled. The kitchen runs a Petrossian partnership with Imperial Kaluga at the top of the caviar program — Caviar Cones, Caviar Rolls on brioche, Caviar Tartares, Caviar Potatoes, Chips & Dip, and a five-course caviar tasting with Champagne pairings. The Champagne library spans $25 by-the-glass pours to $5,000 bottles supported by a cocktail and vodka program; proper attire is enforced. No Michelin, no NYT review — the room and the Petrossian partnership are the editorial substance, parallel to The Polo Bar's Ralph Lauren brand-installation register one neighborhood over.
