Michael Sansom is Executive Chef of The Library at The Reserve at Park MGM — overseeing both the restaurant and The Reserve Bar after the NoMad partnership formally ended in December 2025 and the property joined Marriott Autograph Collection in early 2026. The dining room is the original NoMad Library template: thousands of real books lining the walls, mahogany and velvet finishes, low light pulled tight around the dining floor. Sansom's program runs elevated American — the room continues operating in its original setting under the new operational frame.
